Shaparency approached us to give them a complete overhaul of their MVP, a dated system that was confusing users. We helped bring there system into the future with an evolution of UI, plus new userflows, and new ways of thinking for users to create artefacts, like meetings, minutes, groups and so on.

The whole app experience was redesigned, with the formalisation of a new grid layouts, and a new design system.

The level of detail designed included various status and hover states, for all screen sizes. Including areas such as here including document commenting and editing.
