Storman engaged us to become a cloud SAAS platform. In the process they wanted to complete an overhaul of the system map and user experience was in order to increase user patronage, and out feature rising competitors.

Note the left menu architecture is broken down into three core areas - Operations (day to days), Sales (bookings) & Intelligence (benchmarking). This is the essential summary of how users engage with the platform.

The original platform

A sticky taped design that had evolved out of a native windows UI, was giving users headaches. Loyalty was being stretched by its lack of features, and backwards usability. This once industry leader did provide a fertile testing ground for us designers to extract great userflows however.

The new sales dashboard broke down data into leads, reservations, move-ins and insurance benchmarks. Designed for all variable outercases it has proved to be huge success.
